Donor Families

Midwest Transplant Network considers all those who have given consent for donation to be donor families.

Once a family makes the decision to give the gift of life with an organ, tissue, or cornea donation of their loved one, MTN begins the process of donation. This process encompasses a myriad of services available to the families of donors that include, but are not limited to, bereavement/emotional support, educational information on transplantation, possible communication with recipients, etc.
